Yesterday I went to buy some things, when I was going to pay I told the girl who helped me to apply a coupon, I feel like she took me for a ride when I checked my ticket I realized that in fact my coupon had not been applied (normally I do not do this type of things) I politely asked her where my discount had been applied and she got nervous, she went to talk to her manager, she came and helped me with it, but the manager was not at all friendly, he was angry with me, what is my fault that they do not train their staff well? It is something that could have been avoided from the beginning if the girl had applied my coupon
Although I must say that this is not the first time I have been to this store and they treat me so rude, always with a bad face as if they were doing me a favor by buying from them.

Such rude staff ! lady earlier today was being so rude when I would ask for help or where something was and after I told her it wasn’t there she would just send us to someone else.Didn’t end up buying anything and made the experience shopping there so bad.

Great deals and a lot of cool and interesting styles. Especially if you like asymmetrical and creative but comfortable and well cut clothes. Although a lot of the purses are made of plastic and half the items incorporate large logo prints advertising the brand. But there are ferns to be found

Terrible, the store was empty and they wouldn't let us in, we had to wait outside in the rain and extremely cold.We decided better not to wait with those deals.Many people in line were leaving.Simply horrible.

My experience here was terrible!Tried on some items and the whole time 3 of your employees were talking about drugs, taking coworkers to HR amongst other inappropriate stuff to talk about around customers. This was 10 min. I left without bying the items I liked. The manager should look for better quality employees.
