in this pharmacy the manager decides what medication you will get, and what medications he will withhold. damn what the dr.s think. I am changing pharmacies to someplace that will listen to the dr.

I've lived in various cities across the country and have found HEBs to be the best grocery store by far in terms of fresh produce, reasonable prices, friendly environment, ease of shopping, and services provided. I LOVE my HEBs!!

Pharmacy didn't tell me my coupon for one of my meds expired. The Pharmacy drained my HSA that my employer contributed. Pharmacy wanted $500 for a very critical medication. I can't afford the meds now until next year.

Really disappointed with employees here especially their managers. It seems like no one truly can handle any problem presented to them. The customer service is mediocre at best. Don't even try using coupons here, they won't work. Managers handle your situations with little to no care. Truly disappointing.

Y'all. I love this H‑E‑B for so many reasons but there is one employee who just makes it a bad experience every single time. She usually does samples but when she's on check out I try to avoid her. She's slow. Throws my groceries and after saying I had stuff in the bottom said "my coupon didn't work with anything" until I reminded her they were on the bottom. She was rude and short with me. Only cares to do samples and insist to the point of annoyance that you MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE APP. My little H‑E‑B is no longer my happy place.

hi the hours for the two san marcos hebs are wrong. the open hours for the two have been switched on yelp. I spoke to the manager at 641 east hopkins who did not believe me or did not care if yelp info was correct

Fresh fish counter is sad. Meager choices and the lady who "helped" me was pretty much unresponsive. Go to the one in NB on 306. Complete opposite in al regards.

Took me 10 or so mint to find a parking space (note - lots of empty curbside pickup spaces open) . Very clogged aisles. Produce was "sad" & no 1% organic milk. Third time there with like experience each time. Not typical of HEB. Will not return,
