While I love my HEB, the construction has made it a miserable experience. Stuff is constantly moved around, and not even the helpers know where things are. Customers and staff appear stressed and frustrated. At this point, if I can't walk in and walk out in 10 to 15 minutes, I don't bother. I would, sadly, rather go to... read full comment
