Friendly staff. Very neat and organized store. 3-4 cashiers thank you for that. I love their clothes. Medium prices, not cheap but not real expensive. They need more varieties of summer dresses. All kinda the same. Bought a white sleeveless collar shirt for $28.00. Some of the dresses were for the younger generation. Plenty of parking if you like to walk.

Was shopping around the men's section until we over heard a sales lead/manager publicly reprimand a sales associate across the sales floor for not wearing her lanyard. Not following the dress code is one thing but publicly ridiculing a working employee in front of customers is just poor leadership skills. Look around the store and all workers have a mic and ear piece. That could've easily been said in private.

I visited H&M on Black Friday with my son, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. When I asked an employee named Marina for directions to the restroom, she was extremely rude and dismissive, implying that there is a sign and I should look for it to find the restroom. I understand that Black Friday is a busy and stressful day, but her attitude was completely uncalled for. Customer service should still be a priority, even on hectic days.
I hope the management addresses this issue and ensures that all staff members treat customers with respect and courtesy, regardless of how busy it is. Experiences like this make me hesitant to return to this store in the future.

The sizing was all over the place. I tried on a pair of green slacks and then I ended up buying the exact same pair but in black and that size doesn't fit.

My daughter really likes this place. Nice selection of teenage clothing at a good price. We often visit this place for the selection of women's clothing. The men's selection is limited and hard to find my size but usually everywhere.

I’m here at the stores now 7:59pm and an employee told me there closing their register shortly. Which the store hours say close at 9pm. I then told her, I never heard them mention anything about closing and their hours say close at 9pm. She tells me the mall closes at 9pm??? Who running the store hours??

The fact that this store is fast fashion makes it a one star anyways, but my boyfriend and I walk in and we were not greeted, but told that they close in ten minutes by a girl with a rude demeanor and a stank face. You can keep your clothes biatch. Not to mention, online it says store hours are open until 9, and it’s 7:45. Maybe update your hours and don’t be rude??
