One of the slowest banks I've ever interacted with for my company. One car in the business lane can take up to 30 minutes to process. And that's with NO CARS in any other lanes and the lobby empty. With multiple employees inside. Why it takes so long I do not know. I've had to go to other banks for my company in the past in busier downtown areas and they move double the speed. This location is slow.

I went in to update my information and accidentally left my COVID shot record. They called me and I was able to retrieve it the following morning as I was at work and couldn't leave.

I worked for this bank for 4 months and I was forced to open an account with them if I wanted direct deposit. Then after submitting my 2 weeks and resigning, they do not accommodate anything you need after that. It is like pulling teeth just to get help with important documentation. I also ordered my first 50 free checks and they had the wrong address after personally having them change it before they were ordered. Now I cannot use any of them without purchasing more. Which I do not do. I will stick to Randolph Brooks and be closing my account at a different location to avoid confrontation with my previous management.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. Back when I was waiting tables, I had to visit often to make cash deposits. The staff was super welcoming every single time! I never visited another IBC for years, until I had to move. They’ve also assisted really well with other inquires I’ve had. Would definitely recommend!

I have been a customer with IBC Bank since 2002. That's 17 years. The way the system is set up I will be negatively affected by changing banks. Longevity with all financial accounts DOES affect your credit worthiness. (not necessarily your credit score).

I have friends with this bank and just to see their experienced, I will never open an account with them. It's a shame that a simple deposit which should clear like any other bank next day, the customer has to wait 5 days for the money to be in the account. Then to transfer money from her account to another account they tuck 10 days to clear the funds, and let's not talk about the .50 cents they charge per every digital deposit, plus $11.00 per month to manage your account, and we start thinking that may even charge you for breeding, but guess what? The only thing they don't charge you is for parking unless it's included on the monthly payment.
