“I had an insurance check that I needed to be cashed. I don’t have an active bank account at this time so I tried stopping at another check cashing location(NOT associated with Ace) and pretty much made an excuse not to cash this check.
So I came to ACE, JORDAN I believe his name, called and verified the check, call my mortgage company to verify the endorsement without making it difficult at all. I truly understand what’s required to cash a check a verify everywhere that’s needed which Ace did for me. He didn’t make excuses, he made the effort to verify everything and get my check cashed. Thank you so much Ace for your effort. ALSO the fee is less at ACE than the other cash checking store down the road.”
