Megan at register 54 assisted me with my Mother's Day gift shopping and she was amazing. She was courteous, patient and assisted with not only my daisy charm bracelet purchase but also helped me view the men's chain, which I also bought, a heavy box chain 30 inch because of her. She also cleaned my charm bracelet while we selected my jewelry. Thank you Megan! Because of your excellent service, we will be back to this store. Please give Megan an extra thanks for her high quality customer service.

Carina was the associate who helped me on my visit on 03/03/2025. She was so helpful with my first ever charm bracelet. She helped me size it, relocate my charms to the correct place I wanted them and also installed and cleaned my entire bracelet. It came out so perfectly beautiful! I will always return to this location moving forward because she took the time with me instead of rushing me through the sale. This location is more than 15 miles from me but I will return there from now on, than a closer to me location. I really felt as if I was valued as a customer. I will definitely go back! Thank you so much for your time CARINA!

I went in for the buy two charms get a free necklace or bracelet event and they were quick to help me and get me all the charms I wanted. They showed me all the necklace sizes and even got a charm for me from the case. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I love this James Avery so much!!
