They didn't ask me what oil I wanted in my truck. the service tech thought it was a dodge even though I have a Toyota tundra. They put 5W-SAE20 when my truck requires 5W-SAE30. they had me start up my truck. Then realizing their mistake told me about it then would drain it and put the correct oil in. I was sitting my truck the whole time mind you. When I received my bill it was $116 compared to the usual $65 or so. I asked why it was that much? The tech said they were out of 5W-SAE30 conventional, so they used the synthetic blend. (Not confirming with difference) my Tundra has almost 250,000 miles on it, and I wouldn't have changed the oil type. They drained it initially without telling me they were out of my recommended oil. So what was there plan if I didn't want the synthetic? I am a broke college student and could barely afford the upcharge. The manager gave me a miniscule discount. (I could've found the coupon myself online). I was very disappointed with this service.

Never had an issue before but recently went for an oil change lady proceeds to tell me my car needs break fluid. So I let them do it air go into it and my breaks had to be pressed on excessively hard just for me to break I almost got into an accident. I could have died or worse really hurt someone else thank GOD I wasn’t I tried calling both numbers on google I guess the number is just for show because one just automatically hangs up and the other number goes through but nobody picks up the phone. I had to pay to bleed my breaks when i shouldn’t have had to because i assumed they knew what they were doing. I’m really upset I hope they do better and update there number or at least answer the phone.

Ramon, Jimmy, Damian, and Noah are an amazing team of mechanics with top tier customer service and knowledge. They seemed like a close crew and each of them had information for me from their respective positions viewpoint. They tacked an issue for me when other service providers in the area would not...I had an over-tightened oil-cap that had to be broken off to change the oil. These guys did a great job on the project and knew exactly how to tackle the issue, they replaced the cap with a better one at a discounted price and helped me get on the road in a timely manner!
Thank you guys, yall are great! keep up the awesome work!

Will be requesting a refund or somebody higher than the manager to contact. My car is now showing that it still needs an oil change and it’s a brand new car. What a waste of money I had a coupon and it didn’t even work and I had other options. I should’ve just went with that.
