I spoke with a dispatch at 2:00 because I needed a towing service for my truck, after giving me the details of pickup and delivery she tells me that the cost will be $800 per hour that if I waited until the morning it would be less, I told her that I should talk to my boss that I was going to call her and my boss tells me to wait until the morning, I really didn't call her because it was obvious that I wasn't going to purchase the service at that time. In the morning when I call again she tells me that the price is $800 because I didn't call her at night, it's ridiculous and unprofessional

Unfortunately got towed by the municipality.
Truth be told, Juan is a consummate professional who took very great care of an old and fragile Toyota. Super flexible and very professional. I promised him a good review the other day because he’s definitely earned it. Very reasonable and cheap towing service. Juan’s professionalism was so immaculate that it helped me to overcome my temporary setbacks from that day.

Shady service, lied about having my vehicle when in fact they did. They just wanted an extra days charge for storage and then they give you an incorrect and incomplete invoice and say we gave you a $70 dollar discount. I can do the math, and I know by law and city ordinance that you clearly overcharged me. The business and phone number are registered under a different name with the police department’s towing rotation. I’m certain they have been violation the city laws according to chapter section 90.221 sec. 90.277 AND Sec 90.276

modern day Scum, Lying about not "seeing" my car there, only for it to be there so they can make more money. At least they work in an environment that's dirty and greasy much like the workers. It's unsurprising they look and function as pirates!!

Juan and Isabel were the sweetest and most kind people! So helpful when we needed my boyfriend's broken down car towed. I will be using anytime I need towing in San Marcos. I can not thank them enough for being so friendly, kind, and helpful in such a stressful situation! Definitely appreciated them!

Yikes, that was a close call! I was making a turn to head into Academy, and one of the tow truck drivers from this company nearly rear-ended me. Seriously, what was going through that guy's mind? This kind of driving is just unacceptable.

Juan was awesome! Great communication from the moment he was assigned to help with towing my Subaru BRZ, super friendly and got my vehicle up on his truck quickly and smoothly with no issues. Even went out of his way to make sure the front bumper didn’t scrape against the trailer as it’s a low sitting car. Absolute 10/10 service start to finish! Will definitely be recommending this company.
