At first I enjoyed my experience after getting assistance with buying some shoes. I was told at checkout that they would not spam my email and only needed my personal information in case I lost my receipt. Now I am being bombarded with unwanted emails and unwanted catalogs at my home. I have contacted customer service but they won't remove my information. If you want to shop here and don't want to be spammed after being lied to that you won't be, make sure to not give any personal information when you check out.

I am not impressed with this company because I saw a tall female staff member create unnecessary drama with another female shorter staff member in front of customers. Very unprofessional! I will not be going back. You lost my business.

We came in last week to check out the outlets while traveling through. Employees seemed to enjoy each other rather than customer service. My Wife and I needed help and the girls were too busy chatting each other up to even notice our signals. The floors and dressing room was also dirty. Many of the shoes on the clearance had scratches and damage on the leather but no additional discounts were offered. I would say the quality is certainly less than the retail store, despite their claims that they aren't. If we go to a Johnston and Murphy again in the future , it certainly won't be an outlet store.

I’ve been wearing this brand shoes for over 30 years because of its style comfort and quality. Sales reps like “Abel” who helped me today answered all my questions and taught me a few things. People like him are the reasons why I come back to shop in person. I could order online, but I like the human connection and the smell of new shoes in the store! 🤩

I've been coming here almost every time I come back home from vacation. It has never changed, and I love that. The number of shoes and shirts they have are great. Everyone is very nice. I will say it has a weird smell inside. Everyone has smiles and enthusiasm on their face
