“I had such a great experience with this family-owned cleaner in San Marcos. They recently consolidated their locations, so they don’t have a lot of storage space, but they went above and beyond for me. I accidentally left my clothes there for several months after moving away, and they were incredibly understanding about my situation. They even called to check in on me and make sure I could pick up my items when I was able. They do have a policy that they’re not responsible for holding items long-term, but they still helped me out without any extra fees. Their prices are great, and their service is super friendly. I definitely recommend them to any college student or local looking for a reliable cleaner!”

“Plenty of machines and they have a laundry service that includes folding and sorting. Inside is a check cashing service where they are usually quite helpful. Overall good experience and definitely will be doing business there in the future. Keep up the good work!”

“I gave it 5 starts for the customer service- top notch!! I also enjoyed the dynamic washer spin cycle… it’s something you can only experience… it was the sound and vibrations of a Six Flags ride- so very fun!! The prices, ride and customer service got me to 5 stars!!!

Warning It’s a HITW - it is an old building and needs some TLC… just a little paint, nails, outside cover thingy attached properly , stainless steel cleaner, fix the broken counters, grease the baskets. Please clean the bathroom at least 4 time a day, paint the graffiti off the walls or add more for style and a throw-back 1980s vibe “write on the walls”
Silliness, like make rules “only positive quotes”, but at the very least, a deodorizer in the bathroom, Clorox tabs a must and a lid for the trash can ; it smelt like period blood/pads,pot and pee.

It is rough-around-the-edges and the machine are older but not so old it “has to take coins” ; the pay on you phone app is wonderful!!! Coins allowed too.

The prices are good, especially the bigger machines $3-$6 I think us the highest and the dryers are $0.25 to start them. I used $1.50 per dryer had small load, and only extend drying 20 mins for just a few thick items.

***HEADS- UP!!!!The dryers are weird when you select the number , if you want upper and lower you have to select the same number twice and be careful when selecting the other dryer to press the correct one or one of the dryers will get all the funds. If I want $1.00 in the top, I swipe the dryer 32 then if I want a $1.00 in the bottom I go in the app and swipe another dollar under dryer 32 - then I select which one each time I swiped . If you put in $2.00 and swipe once it all goes to the first selected dryer.

I like the owner and student staff working hard were there and they do have others there all the time with a FLUFF AND FOLD SERVICE- 48-72 hours returned. That’s not bad, I went to a week turn over place in Houston for years that cost twice as much.

I will try that next time. It’s reasonable in pricing and I think they can pick-up and wash too.

ATM inside, video games, public bath and walking distance from food and coffee and HEB.

I will be back, just hoping they make just a little effort… especially the bathroom, please. A little effort goes a long ways.

Clothes look clean and smell good, no wait and took 2 hours tops to wash, dry and fold… DYI 3 loads.
