They don’t allow you to use the bathroom which is against city code.To drive from lockhart to San Marcos for pool supplies and then be told you can’t use their bathroom. The manager came in without a mask (which I’m fine with) walked over to the bathroom, used it, flushed as she was leaving and didn’t wash her hands. She walks over and says sorry corporate won’t let people use the bathroom because of Covid. Well obviously you aren’t worried about Covid because you didn’t even wash your hands.It’s just bad policy.

These guys rule! I wouldn't have a pool if they weren't there. They are always there for me. Highly recommend. Manager very friendly and smart.

Recently purchased an inground pool pump. Alice and Madison were my salesperson. They were great the entire time. They were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I highly recommend the San Marcos store and if you want a great experience ask for Alice or Madison.

Put on hold for long period of time and when tried to call back, the person would not speak when answered phone.I just hung up and called a different pool store.

Please follow you own guidelines published on website. If you don't have common items in stock why make customer come to the store and order it. Return again to pick it when items is in stock. Please do not use issue of credit credit fraud logic.. as accepting phone orders has been an industry practice for maybe 50 plus years. Customer still has to pick it up should be a verification... Please either follow your own guidelines or remove deceptive advertising from your website. Especially for high risk covid 19 customers..

Horrible customer service - Lady working there was short with me last week and then today when I went back she wouldn't even look closely at the part I needed. She just kept saying she just doesn't have any above ground parts - but amazingly the Kyle Leslie's was helpful and realized the part I needed and I got why I needed! Because like I kept telling her it's been upgraded to regular pool pumps 1.5hp and 24" sand filters! I had 1/2 of a union in my hand - just to verify I got the right size!!
