Drove from 45 minutes away. Needed a bathroom. They do not let customers use their bathrooms, say they don't have one (yeah right), and tell you to walk across the parking lot to use some other one.
I drove to Target and bought several pairs of the same Levi's Jeans from them, after using their restroom. And they were on sale more than at the outlet store.

If you grew up wearing only Levi Button Fly and then migrated away from Levi’s in general… come to this Levi’s store and ask for Laura. You can tell her the fit you are looking for and she will suggest for you your new jeans. You’ll leave with multiple pair and a smile.

Definitely do not recommend, staff was super unhelpful after I bought some jeans and they ripped the first day. Wouldn’t offer any kind of replacement or refund because the tags had been removed even though I had the receipt and you could tell the jeans were brand new. Didn't expect to have to replace these on DAY 1 of use, and the store was useless. Very disappointed.
If you shop here I would at least keep an eye out for the jeans with small holes and make sure they’re not going to tear immediately.

The staff at this Levi’s Outlet were very courteous, helpful, friendly, and provided excellence in customer service when we visited the store. They also had Buy one get 50-75% off the second item.

Bought some pants online but I didn't like the fit of 1 of the pants so I did an online return and chose to just bring it over to the store. The process was fast and I get to buy more pants as there are lots of pants choices and on sale too. Plus I get to see and try the pants as well

We found what we were looking for and we had the best service from Heather. It was the best retail experience we've had in a long time. Heather was friendly and helpful without being pushy - just the right way to be a sales person. Plus she is herself a loyal Levi fan.

I've been searching for the right jeans for quite some time. As a millennial trying to transition out of the skinny jeans era but not fully into the wide-leg trend, it’s been a challenge. When I arrived at the Levi’s store, I was just browsing. A young girl helped me pick out styles to try on.
In the fitting room, Joni was incredibly patient and kind, bringing me different sizes and styles to help me find my perfect fit. I thought I had settled on a nice pair when I ran into Alyssa, a Levi’s employee, on my way to the register. She asked, “Did you find jeans you like?” I replied, “I guess… I mean, yeah. These will do.”
That’s when Alyssa stepped in with her exceptional customer service skills. She noticed I wasn’t fully convinced and made it her mission to find me the perfect jeans. She searched the entire store—front and back—until I finally found a pair that made me exclaim in the mirror, “OMG! These look amazing! I look amazing!”
Alyssa didn’t have to help me; I was ready to check out. But she made this shopping experience memorable, and I’m so grateful. Thank you, Alyssa! The millennial community appreciates you!

I needed a couple of jeans and there was a guy that helped me from the moment I walked in asking if I needed help finding anything; he guided me to the women’s side; took me to the fitting room and even brought me a different size after checking if I was doing okay. When I was waiting in line to pay I noticed he was also taking care of the front going back and forth there and were more employees but this guy was the only one crazy multitasking; I didn’t get his name but geeeeeeez talk about going above and beyond! he was white, had glasses working in the morning 10/18/24 around 10:30AM.

I normally don't write clothing store reviews. I just get my clothes and go. However the times I've been here, I noticed the staff really cares about the customers. I found my size in women's jeans which is really hard for long-legged ladies. I found the most adorable flared 34 in length pants. With this denim halter, I'm in love. Sheeeeesh, should be against the law to have this much drip from one store. Okaaay??? I put on my Levi fit, and I feel like a model in their catalogs, for real.
