Service was great and I really enjoyed working with Michael. The only issue I have is the rates and fees they charge. I paid over 400.00 in fees where I could have gotten taxes done for far less than that even at H&R block. For some families, every dollar counts for refunds. I think they should consider lowering their rates considering inflation and how hard it is to survive these days.
