It's a nice and clean facility. Giving two stars for the way I was treated on a phone call and being hung up on because the staff member considered me a difficult customer when I express frustration on issue. When I did call back in, the other employee, Melissa, I spoke to get my follow-up question answered was nicer and handled the issue with professionalism. I've done business with both Life Storages in San Marcos. We chose this one because it was close to where we were moving. I recommend the other Life Storage facility in town.
