POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I love Marshall’s but truly dislike shopping just to have an unpleasant experience. This happens way too often at this location. No hello, how are you, thank you. Just scanned my items and handed me the receipt. I called the store and spoke to Felicia who…Surprise …also did not seem to care about the poor customer experience. Do better. Or simply hire better.

Viviana went above and beyond to help us try to find what we were looking for. We appreciated her dedication and customer service. It's refreshing to see that attention to detail these days. We will definitely be returning because of her.

I lost my receipt so I could not take the survey, but one person stood out in my recent (of many) visits to this store; Viviana, who asked me if I needed help finding anything. She took the time to tell me her name, and made me feel seen in the flurry that is the Saturday rush. That was the first time being in this Marshalls location that I have ever been asked a question aside from “would you like to apply for our credit card”. Viviana is a gem, and I hope to see more employees with her sense of work ethic more often, seems hard to find these days.

I was there today. Bought a number of items including a small bottle of shampoo and a small bottle of conditioner. When I arrived home the bottle of shampoo was not in the bag. I check my e-receipt and it is there, I was charged for it but it never made it into my bag ....
