We were treated very well, welcomed by Billy as we walked into the store. Keith, the manager, provided excellent customer service, showing us mattresses he felt would interest us the most, in our price range. He also did a great job upselling other peripheral products. We were very satisfied.

Bill was great! Helped me pick out adjustable base and mattress that I liked. He followed up on the quote and was able to revise it to include a delivery date for when we move into the new home. Excellent experience!

First I rarely give reviews, but this experience warrants one.I bought a mattress on 7/4, the mattress I received was so u comfortable, but I gave it the 30 days to break in. When I went to exchange I found out the wrong mattress had been ordered ( kind of shady, because I made some changes to the base which were not documented) and I think the order was changedOk fine, exchanged mattress…Ordered a bed headboard and frameReceived just the headboardCalled customer service the frame was reorderedChecked with store 1 week later, the bed was reordered againChecked back a week later, no tracking order available. This tells me it wasn’t reorderedWaited a week got just headboardEach time I was promised a call to update me on progress etcEach time I had to reach out to storeThe salesman was nice enough, it’s just a sorry system and has been a very unpleasant experience from the beginningThat being said probably won’t buy from mattress firm in the future

Everyone at this location is very professional, attentive and helpful....Bill was very easy to work with....and Keith provide great support as well on a second transaction -1st one was with Bill and my daughter, then my wife was assisted by Keith (at the behest of Bill) and he really did a good job in helping us out and completing a second transaction......I/we would recommend them to friends and family -

No pushy sales tactics to buy the most expensive just fitting my needs. After a few test drives and we took our time, I found what I wanted, the support I needed.
