“We purchased a couch from North Carolina Direct three months ago and found a small defect in the fabric. We called the store and a technician was immediately sent to inspect. He noted the flaw and that section of the sofa was promptly replaced with a new one. Later we notice the fabric was frayed on two cushions. Again a tech was dispatched and confirmed that shouldn’t happen with normal use. Gary (the manager) contacted the manufacturer - who wasn’t very responsive so he told us we could come in to pick out another couch of our choice!
