I made a purchase using my Affirm account. I returned the merchandise and instead of them sending the money to Affirm, they sent it to SmartPay...not very smart. I intend to file lawsuit against them.

Don't get me wrong. This metro has very helpful and caring personnel. New Braunfels not so much, (sold me web device which knowing it was not going to work in my area) wouldn't refund.

Metro t mobile was great at 50 a month when I got it a year ago no problem streaming my TV all day no problem now it last a few weeks found out now they have different plans I'm retired and can't afford the higher plans so probably going to have it turned off

Kriss and Two other ladies helped me out with a replacement phone from the insurance company.All three went well above board in helping me with many challenges per the replacement insurance folks.They really care about helping their customers.I very strongly recommend this store for any cellular needs.

This is a great place. They carry most of the phones you see in big box stores and they are competitively priced. I went in there with a phone issue and they got me all fixed up

There was a language barrier between my parents and the co-workers. The man working there told my dad “this is America, speak English”. Absolutely terrible. After they tried charging him for a case and screen protector he didn’t ask for even after having a translator translate what he wanted over the phone. If someone isn’t bilingual they definitely shouldn’t be working and trying to still get people to buy their products.
