I went to a chain mechanic shop and the wait was 2.5-3 hours and would've cost me way more. I came to N&L instead and they got me in right away, fixed my tire in less than 30 min for a much more reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. Would highly recommend their services.

Moved out to Lubbock a few years ago, and still having trouble finding mechanics even half as good as these guys. Had them do a tune up before I left, and got to say I miss having them around now.

I brought them a 2004 Acura TL that needed a timing belt kit, coolant flush, valve cover seals, and valve adjustment. I provided all the parts and they had it back to me in 2 days. Great people, honest work, and kept me updated.
Edit: they were also cheaper than anyone else that quoted me for the labor also.

Very good staff, they helped us a lot, we got stuck on the way down/entrance to the tire store, and they helped us get out of there, very good used trailer tires, very good price.
But the entrance to bring is on the back side.....thank you gentlemen. God bless you always.

Good price, good service, good people. I’ve gone to N&L for all of my car issues and it has been returned to me quickly without flaw. Saul is one of the best. He is insanely knowledgeable and helpful, his team is friendly and ready to assist as soon as you pull up! Car dealerships have quoted me outrageous prices and incorrectly diagnosed my car. N&L is honest and never overcharge. Brilliance! Thank you to Saul & the entire N&L staff!

Paid $100 just for them to inspect it and to bring the next day for my a/c. When i brought it again they just added refrigerant and that’s it. Terrible place, got nothing done.

Saul was fantastic as a mobile tire repair hero! He arrived a little earlier than the estimated arrival time and was super professional the entire time. We were in an RV with a blown rear tire. Saul brought the correct replacement tire, removed our wheel, mounted the new tire, checked pressures on the inside tire, and put the new tire on our RV in about 17 minutes. (The day before, a different company near Lubbock took about 2 hours to just put the spare on the inside, because they didn't have the right jack or longer socket. Ugh!) Saul was very prepared with all of the right tools. N&L needs to make sure Saul stays on the team because he is top of the class for us. Thank you!!

My tire pressures were a little low. I suspect someone let some air out of each rear tire, and added pressure to my front tires. Most likely done on purpose at a previous location. My tires had 70 pounds, each, but two tires were down to 40, pounds, and two tires were up to 90 pounds. That makes driving dangerous. N & L went the extra mile to check tightness of the wheel lugs. One wheel had loose tire lugs. You can always count on N & L Tire service for a fair price, good quality, and professional tire assistance.
