Visited during Memorial Weekend and was delighted to find out everything was 50% off! The staff explained that the outlet doesn’t necessarily always have more/different discounts than a regular store, but the difference comes into play regarding the variety of clothing offered. Anywho, had a great experience shopping way more than I should have 👀 The staff was friendly and the store was very organized. PSA: bathrooms are located outside the store and to the right (not in the store).

I went to Old Navy at the San Marcos Outlet with my family on a Sunday. I was told I would save 38 dollars if I applied for a Old Navy Card. I said sure. Well, the card wasn't approved until the next day, Monday. I went back and picked out a few more items but the girl at check out said she couldn't give me the discount. Ripped off again. Don't fall for the credit discount BS

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well organized, but there were not many discounts. You might be lucky and find something in the clearence area.
