This store has someone in management with a big birth mark on his face who just wants to tell the other team members what to do so he can sit at the computer all day, doing as little work as he can. I did not want to talk to him after what I saw was happening however all the other team members were working. I talked to him about some LED bulbs for my truck and he gives me every excuse as to why he does not know if the bulbs are compatible with my truck saying he needed to see my old bulbs first,... I thought to myself that is soo stupid of an answer, who takes the old bulbs off and drives with no lights without having the new bulbs first? He is lazy and I am burning time expecting him to do his job. It is bad to not want to be a team player and help his team members he works with it is more bad for the store to lose money cause he does not want to help the customer. I went to the O'Reilly Auto Parts at 1213 Texas 80 talked to a very helpful young man named Jared and got what 1 of 2 boxes of LED bulbs that I needed from there I drove to O'Reilly Auto Parts at 815 Loop 337 in New Braunfels. Before making the drive I talked to a very nice young girl named Rebecca who had the second box with my name on it when I got there. This store needs to terminate this person he's not a team player and they are losing money with him.

Terrible service. my daughter called from college telling me her car hesitated to start I told her to go there that they would help. She’s already nervous then they tell her she needs a battery and it would be 2 hours for them to be able to change it!! Really it’s a 10 minute job!!

Props to the #1 autoparts store in Hays County, O'Reilly!!! Manager Gilbert and his crew went above and beyond in their effort to make sure that my family and I were taken care of and made sure we were able to get back on the road safely. Gilbert (Manager) also called me the next day to make sure we arrived safely home. This store shows exemplary customer service, I am Forever Grateful to them. Thank you all for helping us in our time of need.

I came in for brake pads and spoke to the manager Gilbert. Gilbert was "rude" to put it nicely. Don't go here if you wanted to be treated with respect. 1 star. I went to another parts store that did and I will take my business to them instead of Oriellys from now on.

We went to return a serpentine belt because we had a warranty on it. The old white man at the counter was reading a newspaper and didn't even acknowledge us, just gave a dirty look and went right back to reading his paper. My husband commented what horrible customer service that was and the younger Hispanic boy working there, also not acknowledging new customers in the store, said my husband had a bad attitude. We left and will not return to this location. The employees are too wrapped up in their own doings to help customers and have now lost two very loyal customers. We will take our hard earned money to a different store. I suggest management have these two lazy and rude employees dismissed off of the payroll as they are causing the store to lose money and valuable customers. If we could give negative stars we would but unfortunately we have to give 1 star to leave a review. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION. Too lazy to help a customer with a simple warranty return and rude too...... shameful.

I'm not really sure what is going on at this O'Reilly location. They seem to have a strange policy about putting orders together. They don't really seem to do it. When you order parts from them (on-line or in person) they still have you wait while they search for parts in the back, Even after they have called to let me know my order is ready.????? Strange.

Went to O'Reillys to get my car battery replaced. After I returned home, I realized my headlights, blinkers, windshield wipers, horn, and steering wheel buttons no longer worked. The next day, I get in my car to return to O'reillys and my car battery has died again. After getting it jumped, I return to the store, and the worker informs me that my battery is dead. He also informed me that whoever replaced my battery the first time failed to reconnect the negative wire. perfect. I wait 2 hours for my battery to charge, only for them to tell me it's not charging and I will need a new one. I did not have to pay for the replacement. Once I received my new battery, my car began to function as normally, however my horn and steering wheel buttons were still broken. I mentioned it to the worker, who had no answer for me. My lights functioned normally for about a week, until everything started to short circuit. My headlights, taillights, blinkers and any lights inside my car would flicker heavily anytime I drove. My air conditioner would blow hard and then soft. I could hardly get my windows to roll up. My radio would not play for longer than a minute without cutting off. My speedometer no longer worked. My windshield wipers were short circuiting. Basically every electrical function in my car either stopped working, or was flickering so bad I couldn't even use it. Finally decided to take it to another mechanic, as I no longer trusted O'reilleys with my car. The mechanic informed me that my battery had been installed incorrectly. Again. Two batteries, installed by two different men, both improperly installed at O'reillys. Absolutely unacceptable. Will not return to this location and will never recommend this store to anyone. Obviously the employees do not know what they are doing.
