Just walked into this PacSun at 5:40 pm (over 3 hours before they close mind you). Me and my friends went through the clearance and found a few items that we wanted to try on. The lazy brunette named Brycen who was working told us that we weren’t allowed to try anything on because then she would have more closing duties. Implying that she would have to put back any clothing that we didn’t want. I asked her if we could just put back what we didn’t like where we found it. She then rudely told me no. It’s crazy how some people are too lazy to do the job that they’re getting payed to do. Mind you no one else was in the store but us and they don’t close anytime soon. PacSun I recommend hiring people who actually know how to do their job. Tired of these lazy workers who try to take a short cut around everything. Her lazy attitude deterred me from buying anything, so I left the store empty handed. Hire better people.

I've never felt more UNWELCOME at a store before. I spent $215 the first time and felt I was a burden when asking for them to open the dressing room. She never looked at me. No pleasantries, no acknowledgement whatsoever. Now I've come to return a part of what I bought and he acted as if I was bothering him. I don't expect to be followed around and cater to me but no acknowledgement that I'm even there? No smile? Not even looking at me? I won't be back. I'd rather buy online or not buy from PacSun at all. I give 2 stars and not 1 because the store was clean, organized and well stocked with a nice variety of sizes.

I came in at 8:35 to get a present for Christmas and they closed ? But they don’t close till 9? There was a girl in the counter on her phone and me and another girl even asked her if she’s closed and she just looked up and said yeah. And after me like 3 more people came !!!

Urban outfitters, and Tilly’s, Nordstrom, etc, I recommend instead of this store because they let you use the fitting rooms .The staff walk around avoiding eye contact with a pained look on their faces like they don’t get payed enough to be helpful in any way.

This store is has horrible customer service. The manager is so disrespectful and was very sarcastic. I would suggest shopping at a different location.

Absolutely ridiculous that you cannot exchange an unworn product with tags with a receipt. Also paid by debit and couldn't get it debited back just credited which takes longer to get the money back

Jackie and Payton made us feel so welcome and were very helpful to us! My daughter and I always come to this PacSun location and we are glad that we do. The place is always well organized and easy to find exactly what you’re looking for. They also have a lot of sales and specials that make it worth the drive. Five stars!

For being in the outlet is more expensive than when you go to the mall so this place is garbage don't go ahead and waste your money here go better to the malls or to Ross or Burlington and you have more to choose better option
