Wow, what a good service! I needed help with a visa service, and I needed multiple jobs done. This is a one-stop shop: printing, color photocopies, package sending, courier return labels, passport photos...you name it! A friendly staff and timely work done that makes it worth going.

They were incredibly helpful in helping me understand some things that were new to me about shipping, and have such a lovely environment inside. I appreciated all of the small gifts and items they have for sale, and they did a very wonderful job helping to explain things when I had questions. They seem to offer quite a lot of different services too!
Wonderful shop, absolutely will be coming here again for any of my shipping and sending needs.

I must say, the service center not only provides packing and shipping services but also offers effective solutions to the problems customers face while availing these services. During my last visit, there was an internet outage at their center, which prevented me from printing my label and completing the return of a product I bought from Amazon.
Ms. Mary Bray could have simply asked me to return later when the server was back up. Instead, she went above and beyond by processing everything manually. She even offered her mobile hotspot so I could access the Amazon app on my phone. Moreover, she accepted my payment through Zelle since the internet outage affected their usual payment systems.
I was extremely satisfied with their service and hope they continue to provide such outstanding assistance in the future.

I called for notary around noon and set mid afternoon appointment including 2 witnesses that no one around Kyle could accommodate. Mary efficiently handled 7 documents like a breeze!
