Brought in a return to be shipped fed ex. The young woman at the counter was one of the nicest people I have ever dealt with. Personable, helpful, and very patient. Enjoyed speaking with her, and she took care of my transaction quickly and efficiently.

Printed out posters that were 24×36 and the quality was amazing. Originally I was gonna just get it done online, but decided to instead come locally and so glad I did. Mary was very kind and had showed us examples of other posters printed at the same scale and answered any questions we had. The posters were printed in under an hour and we got to pick them up and take them home. Will definitely be coming back <3

Pak Mail on Thorpe Lane is absolutely outstanding! They went above and beyond helping me design my business cards, and when there was a small printing issue, they made sure it was corrected perfectly. The final product turned out better than I expected.
Mary even offered to stamp about 50 envelopes I was mailing out and saved the remaining stamps for my next visit. The whole staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about their customers. Service like this is rare these days. They truly go the extra mile with a smile! Highly recommend!

Price gouging. Just paid $19 to mail 1 shirt. You only learn the price after a long drawn out process so if you don’t accept you’ve wasted your time

I had to send some documents to Mexico City and the ladies that helped me were so patient and the things that I didn’t know they would look up and find for me. I also seen other customers get the help they needed in a kind helpful manner. I don’t live in San Marcos and I will make the drive to come here for any of the services they provide.

Mary is a dedicated business operator, I've had a personal mailbox here, passport photos taken, I've bought many birthday and holiday cards from their selection,I've sent packages internationally, and now I have a virtual mailbox here while out of the country for a year.
