My wife and I are from Nebraska, and we spent several days in the hill country buying cases of wine. We heard that Mary at Pak Mail was a great resource for shipping. We were worried about shipping our “priceless” bottles of amazing wines from Texas. Mary was absolutely a savior. Not only was she able to ship the wine to our house in Nebraska, she also took such great care packing the bottles and ensuring our packages arrived quickly to preserve the integrity of the wine. Mary and her team took such great care of us and our wine. Mary even called us multiple times to keep us in the loop. The service at Pak Mail is FIRST CLASS. We travel all over the country and we used many shipping companies. We had the best experience with Mary. Our wine arrived to our house in mint condition. We needed to print 200 stickers with a unique design as soon as possible and didn't have many options. One of my residents actually suggested pakmail. I reached out to them and they were so helpful right away asking to see the design and confirming they could do the job for us in the time frame they needed. I will be recommending pakmail and I will be using them again in the future. Thank you for all your help!

This place was a life saver for me back in September 2022. I’m a truck driver and was switching jobs and had some items I needed to ship back home, both large and small items. I was even allowed to park the semi in the alleyway to make it even easier to take out what I needed to ship. I was walked through the pricing and all options for how I wanted it packaged and Mary even went above and beyond and made a custom box to ship out one of my items. If I’m ever in the area and need something shipped home I’ll definitely stop by here again.
