This place marks up prices on all shipping by 75-125%Package was quoted to ship USPS for over $25 was only $14.75 at the post office.They call it handling and service fees.FedEx packages are even worse. Almost 200% markup.Only use this store if you are dropping off.NEVER SHIP FROM HERE unless you want to spend extra money.

Since Chalk mail is no longer an opton for shipping anything, I went to PakMail on Wonderworld. I will never let them steal my money again. For a small box (4x4x4) weighing 4 oz., I was charged $19.00 to ship to a city in north Texas. I have shipped before to the same location, same size and weight for $5.45. These owners are laughing at people all the way to their bank. This should be illegal. It's no wonder there isn't a line in this store. I was the only one there. If you want them to rob you, then by all means, do your business there. Never again for me.

More than mail, Mary has her Pak Mail location stocked with gifts and souvenirs worthy of visit even if you're not in the market for mail. We recently got our kids passport photos here and I would rate the operation as very knowledgeable and friendly.

I needed to send a package out and the sweet ladies at Pak Mail were nice and quick! I haven't had to return anything before so I was unsure on what I needed to do, but they laid it out simply for me! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Thank you Judy for your help!

Staff are rude, non-responsive and unhelpful. Have repeatedly accessed this store based on location to my house, but each time I enter the store, I’m reminded I will not return, despite the ease of access from my home.
