“Y’all I read such horrible reviews and was SO nervous about getting scheduling my passport appointment for processing here. I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED and relieved to receive the most amazing service by Luis. He was so pleasant, friendly, & knowledgeable!! He processed my paperwork and took my photo all in less than 15 minutes. I’d give 10 stars if I could!!”

“The postal employees are great! One complaint though. The time listed for the lunch closure is wrong. They close from 10-11 for lunch. This site has it listed as 10:30 - 11:30. I had to go twice today.”

“The bad reviews here are embarrassing to read as a human being. They do a good job, and the ones complaining here are some of the most self-entitled dim-witted numbskulls I’ve ever come across.”

“I just wanted to say thank you to the nicest lady who helped me today send a package. I had just finished dental procedure and was not feeling well and had no tape. She took it from there, taped and labeled it up for me without hesitation. Friendly help made my day easier.. thank you ma'am.”
