Took my dog to get fixed & the staff was friendly and helpful, but they definitely did not take the best care of my puppy. When I went to go pick him up they brought out a completely different dog at first. I had to point out which dog was actually mine for them to bring him out. Before the procedure, my dog was clean and well groomed but after his coat was really greasy and matted. Also the tattoo they gave him was really deep and split open a couple hours after I left. What they’re doing for the community is amazing but from the experience that I had, I wouldn’t recommend taking your fur baby here to get fixed if you have the money or option to take them to a pet clinic.

super sweet and very professional, Drop off was smooth and they walked me through what vaccines my boy was going to get as well as the procedure itself. Good communication as well I really appreciate the time the receptionist took to explain to me the vaccines doses. The tech who took my cat back was very sweet and assured me that he would be safe and well taken care of- (she even noted that he is very handsome which i'm sure he appreciated). 11/10

Very affordable, but one lady in there has a horrible attitude and is really rude when it comes to customer service. You would think being as old as she looked she would be better at treating her customers with respect.

I took my 2 Yorkies here after the brother impregnated his sister. The baby had a severe medical condition, which would have killed my girl during labor. The staff is unbelievably caring, compassionate, and professional. They really care about animals and want to make sure they're comfortable after surgery. They offer several different services at a discounted rate, which is a blessing. I'll always use PALS from now on. Thank you, Ella, for being so caring!!

I made my cat an appointment with PALS low cost spay and neuter, and let me tell you.. amazing. The staff is so friendly, they were super gentle with my kitties. I definitely recommend using this place and making donations when you can. They are just awesome and so affordable. They get you In pretty quickly too.

Took our dog to get fixed, the staff was so great! Super patient with my anxious pup, and seemed to genuinely love the animals and look out for their best interest. They looked at her with care, and treated her so lovingly! I felt she was in really good hands!The surgery went well, and they were informative on after care as well.I would definitely recommend PALS.

I can’t say thank you enough for all that you do. I know it must be stressful working with so many pets but I’m adore all of you. Thank you for taking care of my cat, not going to lie I was freaking out all day, but she was in such good hands. I’ve taken her to two local vets who were going to charge me $300-$500 and that was something I couldn’t afford. When I found PALs I was shocked. I was even more shocked when I got an appointment literally a day after emailing you. Thank you, Lindsey , for emailing/walking me through the whole process and thank you again for the whole team for taking care of my cat. :)
