I’m very disappointed and disgusted by the customer service I’ve received today from this Puma location (San Marcos Outlet). The manager followed me around the store, making me feel very uncomfortable and unwanted. So long, that a line formed and either he didn’t notice or didn’t care. The purchase was made for my 9 year old son because it was a shoe he really wanted. I highly and strongly “Do Not Recommend” this store location to any new customers or current.

This Puma store is located at the San Marcos outlet stores. I wanted to buy some soccer shoes online but they wanted to charge me shipping so I went to the store and got it for even a cheaper price. Good thing I live close to the outlet so I can drive there and they also had the item at the store.

First time coming here! I have been a big fan of puma since I started wearing their jogger pants! It’s very soft inside and keeps you warm as well as stable! My wife got a pair set of both hoodie and a pant! I love it!
Wanna get few more sets for cold days!

First visit. They had some great sales on Christmas Eve. I got three pairs of kicks and a beanie for about $100! Pretty good haul, I'd say. The manager there was super helpful and personable. We will be back!

They were supposed to open at 11. Someone opened the door and locked it again. I asked the lady when they’re opening and she rolled her eyes and just closed the door. Like seriously?
