I was there from day one when they opened and have been there ever since. Other drive-thru car washes have popped up all over town since then also offering other free amenities along with free vacuum such as other detailing products for glass and interior but I keep my truck show room clean for therapeutic reasons. Not for the free detailers that I have already and would prefer to do myself. Plus the wash always seems to leave my ride cleaner with a luster those others don't seem to give in the end result. And it's nice to see attractive,courteous, polite female staff every now and then instead of a bunch of barely outta high-school dudes with tude just emptying out garbage cans. Good job QNC.

careless. The wash scratches your car and they don't pay for the damages either ? of course not, right? I had chances to meet management they act as sad as their jobs I'm glad I'm not them ??♀️ I will continue to take advantage of their FREE VACUUMS

Gate attendee Ellie was super helpful in providing great customer service with a smile, and a positive attitude. She also helped explained the different washes, as well as benefits to each wash. She definitely made my experience a 10/10!!!

I just recently started to find somewhere else to wash my car. The previous place was not very good. I had talked to Ellie and she was super helpful and nice. She gave me a lot of information on the different types of car wash memberships. I just got the lava luster and she let me know about the rain policy and all the other things it includes. I will definitely be back in town soon and hope to see Ellie again to sign up for a membership!

Cancelled my membership today because their wash scratched my f150 my pride and joy. Something I saved up my entire life for. I am a former car detailer and I was a member here and had been going here for several months. Never had issues until today. I check my beloved truck, which is my pride and joy, before and after washes for old scratches and this definitely was not there. Upon asking for management, Eric, I think, I was spoken to in a very condescending tone. I know for a fact that this scratch was not there. Debris in the brush definitely caused this and they are taking no responsibility. There are multiple scratches along my passenger side. the manager said there would be multiple scratches and lo and behold, there are multiple scratches.
One nightlight is the employee Jeremy who tried his best to help me.

I've been going to this car wash for a whole year now and barely have any complaints. I even remembered when they used to do that grand opening promo. I had a membership so I regularly came here. The car wash did what I needed it to and they also have strong vacuums I sometimes used.
I just tried going there again today and turns out I had to renew but I didn't have my card on me.? I misunderstood the man at the gate--- thought he said to go ahead for today anyway and update payment next time so I went and lined up to get my car washed only to be rejected at the entrance. The girl there tried to clarify what the first person said to me and after that I realized he told me directions to leave. Totally my fault for not hearing him clearly the first time! But it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth that he didn't just let me go ahead to get it washed today anyway even after I spent an entire year being a loyal customer and recommending this place to others.
There was a recently built closer car wash to my place and the only reason I haven't switched sooner was out of pure laziness and I was also satisfied with Quick N Clean so there was no strong incentive to switch. However, now that I've experienced this moderate level inconvenience of having to renew my membership & having to remember this moment of being slightly embarrassed due to mishearing him, I think I'll conclude this year long relationship and move onto to somewhere closer to me.
It's not you, Quick N Clean. It's me. ?
It's been real.
