The San Marcos Rack Room Shoes store manager Nathaniel did a wonderful job. I never leave reviews, in fact this is my first review. However, he did such a great job I had to leave one. Nathaniel helped me find my son's back to school shoes and was very kind. He had lots of patience with me, as I'm a picky mom and never hesitated to help me. Will be returning for future purchases. We need more people like Nathaniel in the retail industry. Always sharing a great attitude.

First of all, I was greeted immediately, then followed up with after a couple minutes. Which is a nice change from so many retail stores these days. I did need help finding a pair of shoes. Of course, I have waited way too long to find shoes for my wedding. This could have been a stressful shopping experience. Paige was very quick to help me find the shoes at another location. She called and confirmed that they were in stock. Great experience. Quite literally made my day. I noticed this location has great stock of a shoe my mom likes, and I’m definitely bringing her by when she’s in town next week.
