This location is horrible. First the drive through has been shut down for over 2 years. Second when you go inside they no longer have deposit/withdrawal slips. This is a major security and privacy issue. I don't like broadcasting my business for the whole lobby to hear. Time to look for a bank that values security, privacy and convenience.

I opened my first business account back in 1998, and open another dozen personal accounts as my family grew. Fast forward to 2024, tried to get an outside loan and it was a scam, RBFCU closed accounts without telling me, and shut all access. Couldn't even pay my accounts through mobile access. I found another bank after living through cash cards to pay my bills. I had to stop my work deposit because they were going to hijack that, too. They have affected my relationship with my current bank when my husband wrote a check to me, a perfectly good check. I did not commit fraud, a business protraying to give me a loan committed fraud to me. I am a victim of fraud many times over and then to have RBFCU not listen to me, literally slash my throat. At the same time, my daughter had brain surgery, my mother and brother died, and I was on FMLA. Everything was tied up. I was simply behind for a reason. Thank you for teaching me that I was with the wrong bank all of these decades. You gave me no support. There is no way I could stay with your establishment after the way I was treated. I feel sick when I see your signs. They remind me of a time of great heartbreak and chaos.

This bank has no drive through, half the time their ATMs don't work and today I can't make a cash deposit because their Internet is down. What a joke of a financial institution!

Look elsewhere for banking. Terrible customer service manager was of no help whatsoever can find better customer support at walmart

Horrible bank!! Customer service is horrible. I waited for 40 minutes to speak to someone. All San Marcos RFBCU have the rudest people working!
