This Sam's Club is not upto the standards I have been used to. Purchased a whole tenderloin it was the absolute worst cut of meat! Especially at the PRICE. I thought in Texas I would get great cuts of meat. Guess I will have to go back to Wyoming or Phoenix to get good cuts. So so disappointing.

Love coming to Sam's. Whenever we need bulk items, they have what we need. The new scan and go app makes it easier to pay and not wait in a long line.

Great big box store. It was very clean and well organized, considering this was Friday before Christmas. They were out of Decaf coffee and my favorite green tea bags.

I came to the store and needed to speak with a tire and battery employee. I was directed through the exit door to the tire and battery center. No employees were there so the end purchase scanner employees at the door stated I need to get on Sam's WiFi and scan the QR code for assistance. Nope. Not getting on your unsecured WiFi to jump through your hoops to get assistance. How about you do your job and get someone over here?? Augustine (employee) comes up. I express what I needed. He barely makes eye contact. Calls for a manager. Clarissa (manager) comes up. BUT she doesn't help me. She doesn't help ME, the member who's been waiting several minutes already, and instead chooses to help the woman in line BEHIND me, who she saw JUST WALK UP. She chooses to help the woman behind me who attempted to leave the store with items she didn't pay for. She chooses not to help the person who already paid for all of her items truthfully. Augustine never once spoke up to say I was there first. Clarissa didn't say a word nor even look at me. I felt I was 100% racially profiled. I was in line FIRST. But my ethnicity didn't match hers, Augustine's and the person behind me. When she was done with that customer, Augustine let Clarissa walk away EVEN THOUGH he knew he had to have her there to assist me. So, I waited several more minutes AGAIN for her to come back. Again, she didn't acknowledge me in ANY way. I have never seen a more pathetic display of "customer service" in my life. Without members shopping there, Clarissa and Augustine wouldn't even have this job (which they CLEARLY do NOT deserve). I would not tolerate this behavior as a business owner, and would be mortified if these were my children due to their utter lack of respect for others. Clarissa has an awful lot of a sense of entitlement. Her job is to serve others. She is absolutely in the wrong field. My skin color shouldn't have mattered, but she clearly chose to assist someone with her same ethnicity, regardless of first come first serve. Many things went wrong this trip, but if this is how management runs this business, I can see why. Drive to another location. It's not worth the disgusting behavior of pathetic employees to go here.

Easy to check out at self-help register. The Member Services desk just wasn't staffed enough, only one clerk; but, she was pleasant and handled my issue. Don't complain about scanning when exiting the store. I had five items, and accidentally scanned one twice: expensive ahi tuna. I forgot the fruit, which gave me a discount.

I advise ordering online (if you don’t mind someone else picking out your produce) and definitely using the SCAN AND GO app. This place was EXTREMELY busy, and the aisles were congested. The store was clean, well stocked, and easily accessible off 1-35.

The cashier in the cafe/concession, Justice or Justyce, area was very rude to me. I politely said hello with a smile to greet her after I had patiently waited in line. She stared at me blank faced with no response. I proceeded to place my order. She didn't ask me what I wanted nor did she even read me my total. It was a completely silent and disturbing transaction. I'm a military veteran with physical and mental disabilitie. I was just trying to be friendly. I get WAY BETTER customer service anywhere else. How sad that this is the treatment received from a paid membership.

You definitely can find good deals here. Just fair warning ⚠️ don't expect to have a clean restroom everytime I've gone the restrooms are trashed. . . Also I'm not fond of being checked at the exit to make sure I paid for things. You would think having a membership would count for something.
