I came to the store and needed to speak with a tire and battery employee. I was directed through the exit door to the tire and battery center. No employees were there so the end purchase scanner employees at the door stated I need to get on Sam's WiFi and scan the QR code for assistance. Nope. Not getting on your unsecured WiFi to jump through your hoops to get assistance. How about you do your job and get someone over here?? Augustine (employee) comes up. I express what I needed. He barely makes eye contact. Calls for a manager. Clarissa (manager) comes up. BUT she doesn't help me. She doesn't help ME, the member who's been waiting several minutes already, and instead chooses to help the woman in line BEHIND me, who she saw JUST WALK UP. She chooses to help the woman behind me who attempted to leave the store with items she didn't pay for. She chooses not to help the person who already paid for all of her items truthfully. Augustine never once spoke up to say I was there first. Clarissa didn't say a word nor even look at me. I felt I was 100% racially profiled. I was in line FIRST. But my ethnicity didn't match hers, Augustine's and the person behind me. When she was done with that customer, Augustine let Clarissa walk away EVEN THOUGH he knew he had to have her there to assist me. So, I waited several more minutes AGAIN for her to come back. Again, she didn't acknowledge me in ANY way. I have never seen a more pathetic display of "customer service" in my life. Without members shopping there, Clarissa and Augustine wouldn't even have this job (which they CLEARLY do NOT deserve). I would not tolerate this behavior as a business owner, and would be mortified if these were my children due to their utter lack of respect for others. Clarissa has an awful lot of a sense of entitlement. Her job is to serve others. She is absolutely in the wrong field. My skin color shouldn't have mattered, but she clearly chose to assist someone with her same ethnicity, regardless of first come first serve. Many things went wrong this trip, but if this is how management runs this business, I can see why. Drive to another location. It's not worth the disgusting behavior of pathetic employees to go here.

Easy to check out at self-help register. The Member Services desk just wasn't staffed enough, only one clerk; but, she was pleasant and handled my issue. Don't complain about scanning when exiting the store. I had five items, and accidentally scanned one twice: expensive ahi tuna. I forgot the fruit, which gave me a discount.

So I had my tire rotation appointment set up at 9:00 AM and apparently us regular members are not allowed in the building whatsoever and I explain to him that I had an appointment to change my tires at this time and he questions at this time this early and he the associate at the front door, decided to tell me that he's gonna have to have me cancel my appointment. I don't feel that he was in charge at this time to tell me what to do with my appointment first of all and if it was a valid appointment why wouldn't he just let me go directly to the tire shop to get my tires this one time situated. I did speak to the manager and she sent more empathetic to my situation, but suggested that I would become a prime membership. No thank you I go to Costco before that.

I love Sam's club and have been a member for over 25 years but they need to update their hours on their website.it's stills says 7 am and not 8 am as we were told when we arrived at 7:00 am! And the workers are not nice when they tell you either. We still enjoy the selection especially the ability to scan and go and have our receipt emailed to us. Overall we love Sams but just want them to go back to being the way they were before COVID.

They attendant was very rude when I pulled in to the pumps...she said I came the wrong way. I followed the arrows but in the dark with faded striping it is hard to see. She told me I had to go back around even though I was at the pumps. I did..and drove off. Sams wont get my gas business again.

I like Sam's! I love being able to order online then run pick it up. The scan and go inside Sam's is great, I'm always on a schedule, don't have to wait in line to check out! Just be sure you scan all your items before checking out!

Brian in the cafe is more than rude and aggressive. As a 10 yr member I have never been treated so poorly. There was no one in line. I've never been to this location. I guess I went in the line the wrong way. I let another customer go ahead of me. Brian became out of the back and told me I went in the wrong way. I said ok. As another customer came I told him I'll just let them know I was here first, no problem. I placed my order and then he came back and took the next person's order. I asked him why he couldn't just take my order and not educate me about the line. He started screaming at me "I don't care how long you've been a member" He even took his mask down so he could scream louder. Then I had conversation regarding my experience with Brian with 2 "managers". Trey we're no help. Just nodding and one of them was standing super close to me making me feel intimidated. DO NOT EVER GO HERE!! One the worst customer experiences I've ever had. Rude, aggressive and very unprofessional.

I got a Battery on 11/23/21 and it is bad!Sam's Club will NOT honor the 3 year warranty,I will never buy another Battery from Sam's Club again.On 10/30, the day after this happened, I purchased a new "EverStart" Battery.I have not had any of the problems the bad Battery was causing.Do NOT trust those at Sam's Club, as they will not honor their warranty!
