I had a great experience 08/23/2024 at the soma outlet in San Marcos. Anchen and her team were great and quick to process a return/exchange for me. I am super grateful for their help and am excited to go back to soma again soon.

I am a loyal Soma customer. However my recent experience was terrible. I walked in to this particular store today 7/18 around 7:45pm, hauling a toddler in his stroller in the heat - I run in to buy some items I desperately needed and not one of the two employees greeted me. All I got was “excuse me maam, our registers close at 8, so you only have about 10 minutes to shop”. Out of the 5 minutes I spent in the store, not once did either of them asked me if I needed help. I get that they’re ready to go home, and I would have been in and out with a good purchase had they just offered some help. Thoroughly disappointed in the service offered today.

I had the best experience at the Soma San Marcos outlet store. I needed a bra fitting and Reagan was amazing. She is very knowledgeable, gave me different options and provided exceptional service! Thank you so much Reagan for being so attentive and friendly.

I bought two bras and spent $160.00. I called them ahead of time to see if they provided bra fittings. I arrived at the store and the young lady at the counter had me lift my arms in the middle of the store and she measured me and told me the bra size I needed. If I'm going to spend that much on a bra I would like a decent bra fitting. It's worth it to drive to Dillard's in Austin to have a decent bra fitting in the privacy of a fitting room where every single aspect is measured. I am glad that I have saved my receipts because I am returning these bras. They're ill-fitting and extremely cheap in quality.
