As another post says, very sad and depressing atmosphere in the store on 11/13/25. Saw a heavy set redheaded lady bossing people around, no respect for the girls working the front. Poor gals are scared of her. Set a better example..

I shop here often, but I heard they are under new management and the district manager lady in charge is extremely degrading and rude to her employees. Do better, take care of your workers!!!! Respect your employees and they will respect you!

horrible experience. i’ve shopped here for a few years and always got a happy comfortable experience but today, it was horrible. i felt the air so tense it did not feel safe at all and witnessed a woman make two employees leave and not say goodbye to their fellow workers. if this is how it’s going to be with a hostile environment with that woman, i will not come here anymore and hope to god no one does. no place should have a hostile environment. i will post about this everywhere. do not shop here at all.

Staff extremely rude and unprofessional, went in the other day and asked for some help on finding some specific products as well as some recommendations and the staff member just acts like im wasting her time. Did not feel welcome from the second I walked in to the second I walked out.

My experience with Spec's is getting from bad to worse. Today, 8/13/2025, a young woman cashier at the special goods checkout was rude. After I paid for my purchase, she asked me if I wanted a box. I said yes, and she pointed to a pail of boxes and told me to get a box and put my purchase into the box myself.
This is outrageous. I am a long-time customer, and this never happened to me before! Your employees need training to treat customers with respect and appreciation.

Great fast checkout, a middle aged gentleman helped me find the Pina colada mixers really quick......to the gentleman asking about Mead... I believe that's probably in the Wine section, and I didn't walk that area you might call and ask.
