We were promptly greeted by Shawn. He was very understanding of our problem and went to a great deal of trouble to answer all our questions. Shawn was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend asking for Shawn to assist you!

Staff is nice. Spectrum cell service is awful. I regret switching from ATT. Do not use Spectrum cell phone service. You have been warned.
Tv and internet work great but don’t fall for the cell phone service.

Real Superstar @ San Marcos store: Michelle. Corporate problem and really bad corporate response until I found the right person 3 persons later. Michelle never gave up in getting to the bottom of the issue. She gets 5 stars. PS: one of the corp people gets minus 5 stars.
