This service is very awful. Every time I changed my address, I asked me for another bill to pay while I did notify them by phone to cancel enrolment. It looks like a kind of punishment to not get out of their bad service, not to go with spectrum service. Ever

Last week, Shawn Smith spent about 2 hours assisting my husband with various challenges he had with his old cell phone; they determined it could not be fixed. He helped him to select a new phone that is easy to use with features commensurate with his requirements. He was able to transfer the old data, which was a "lifesaver."
I plan to also purchase a new phone and will ask for an appointment with Shawn!

Absolute joke of a company. They’ll find anyway they can to make sure they get the maximum amount of money out of you while giving you crappy, slow service. Test the internet through them and somehow the internet is too speed. Connect with a wire and the speed is maybe half what it should be. Customer service is horrid. Why they are the only service I can use other than satellite just blows me away.

One of the worst internet providers I've ever had or maybe that even exist speeds are slow, constant outages. They really sneak up on you with the billing thing and it's just diabolical work that they're doing. I will never recommend anyone use this service

Had a very helpful experience. Was upgrading my daughter and my phone The representative that helped me was named Shawn. He went over and above with recommendations for my phone needs, assistance with setting up my phone and explained all details to my understanding. We were greeted and helped promptly. When you go in, you would be fortunate to have Shawn help you as he is customer service personified!

Let us sign up for internet when it's not even available at our apartment. It shows they service here but they don't. What a waste of time

The worst had an appointment at 5 and they got here at 9 left at 11 pm and I had to work the next day but needed internet to work remotely. This was almost 2 months ago and they still haven’t buried my line. I’ve had 4 tickets open Andy my husband ended up burying the line in the front yard but back yard is still exposed. I wish I could give negative stars horrible service

6 stands, 2 employees handling 13 customers. Gotta love the payroll savings. But some of us have a life and have things to do and don’t enjoy sitting down and waiting forever just to collect our internet equipment which had multiple failed attempts of being delivered to your home address. Either take out the other 4 stands or add more staff and designate them to handle certain items for customers so that the two staff members are handling everything for everyone.

We were there last week to disconnect our service as I was moving to different apartment. It took us only 10 minutes for the process to be completed. I loved their service.

I went to the San Marcos store because New Braunfels has the rudest employees. I had a great experience with Sierra she was amazing great customer service.
