absolutely sucks when you order a wrap, look forward to it, and when you go to pick it up, they’re sold out? i didn’t complain, i asked for a bacon sandwich. out. i asked for a sausage sandwich. out. what do you have??? i ended up just getting a pastry, because nothing sounded appetizing, I just wanted a wrap. I do not like how i wasn’t offered refund, the pastry i had to end up getting was cheaper than the $6 wrap which i bought online. I didn’t even want the pastry in the first place. Literally have to go buy food somewhere else now and spend even more money.

The Monday Evening Team LACKS Overall Experience, Service, and Drinks. Not as communicative when they are short on certain products, being ignored 10 times without a care in the world. Making Coffee is something they need to work on. Bryna and her other Co-Workers need to know when is the best place to talk behind a customers back without making it obvious instead of doing right in front of them. Overall, they're a lot of areas to improve. Hopefully the next time I visit, which is definitely not a Monday Evening, will be better than this Team/Visit.

The male who was working Sunday, Dec 4th between 5:30pm-6:00pm is extremely rude and unprofessional. Was cussing loudly and making fun of customers for everyone to hear. Said he specifically wanted to do the closing announcement so he could disappoint everyone. Personally, I wouldn’t want someone like that working for me representing my company and treating paying customers like trash. I’m embarrassed for him and everyone else was too.

The girl with the dyed blonde hair that wears heart earrings is a literal angel. I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name. She makes a special drink and is always so kind. She makes me excited to go to this Starbucks and has a smile for everyone. There’s a special chai drink she makes and it’s amazing. If I remember her name I’ll update this.

Just waited over 30 minutes to get 2 cake pops, and they only gave it to me because I went back up to them and told them I've been waiting. The line was short when I went in, and the people after me kept getting their orders before me. After I went up to tell the lady about the long wait, she then told us that one of the flavors I wanted was out so I chose a different one. The lady was also very soft spoken and it was hard to tell what she was saying most of the time. When I finally got my order and opened the bag, they had the wrong flavors. And it isn't as convenient as people say because they don't take swipes or dining dollars. Not going there again.

They are late on everything, even with a short line. Some of them are rude and all I asked for was my drink that I was waiting forever on, I waited for 30 mins. So I was patient.

They spend a lot of time talking instead of making drinks, so their lack of multi-tasking is really concerning. I was also told they couldn't make a Trenta cold brew, despite that being a menu item. They said it was due to being a retail location, but I have worked for both a corporate store and a retail Starbucks, and that particular drink should not be an issue to make. If they didn't know the measurements, they could just say that instead of claiming they are unable to make the drink.When they told me it was due to being a retail location, they answered with an arrogant attitude. I find it bold for them to act that way as well as discuss behind the bar how they dislike customer's orders when they are obviously untrained and incapable of making drinks themselves. If you're going to have that attitude about your job, make sure you can do it first.

Visited this location on campus for the first time tonight. I was unaware of the location until then. However, it was super convenient while I was working on school work. In addition, the service was super fast and easy , even with huge line that was racking in during this time. The barista offered their favorite drink while I was ordering and intrigued me on trying something new! 10/10 experience and will be back!
