I have gone here several times I used to like going here for the breakfast and coffee. But there attitude is so bad the guy serving the tacos is rude and the cashiers are rude no call for it this last time I bought an item that had a price the lady was like well it’s not that anymore every store sells the item for the price they had nope she was charging me double so I said I’ll never walk back in here again. Horrible customer service.

I love this place in the morning. The people in the taco area are amazing an funny. The 2 people that were at the front counter are amazing an very up beat. The only BAD thing is there a blad Hispanic guy who is rude as hell. I came in at on 12/20/23 he ran my feet over with the dust mop an didn't say excuse me. Very rude an unprofessional I have no clue how he became a manager.

This gas station has some of the most rude employees I’ve every came across, the guy working today was on his phone and when asked for help he put not effort into it just plain rude with his response. This is not the first time coming to this location where the employees are rude and you can tell they don’t want to be there. I’m sure since the guy is older then his co worker he has the mentality of “do as I say not as I do”

“Chip read failed, pay inside” on literally every single pump. Nobody wants to go inside and wait in your long lines for some quick gas, I’d rather take my business somewhere with working pumps.

Went in to grab some drinks and snacks. Everything was mis marked. All the snacks were ringing up over a buck more than what they were marked.Cashier refused to go look and said “we’ll this is what they’re ringing up as, it’s probably just in the wrong spot.” and wouldn’t do anything.Then wouldn’t give me a receipt.Then when she did she gave me the wrong one, and made me wait so she could ring people up before getting me the right one.She didn’t have a name tag visible, but it was a young girl with a bunch of face piercings, tattoos, and green hair.Mark your products right, or make it right.

Last night 2/19/23 at 7:30 pm my family and I decided to stop by and get gas to our car, also pick up some food, then use the restroom. The young lady from the counter with a pink hair was very rude. I asked where the restroom was and she was very condescending with a bad attitude to tell me that the restroom was not available. I’m like, how do you guys able to use the restroom? She said they don’t use it. She gave me so much attitude that I decided to go to a different person to ring up my purchases. She then proceeded to approach the other register to ring us up even there’s another cashier already in that register. She kept telling me with mockery, “oh I’m sorry mam you can’t use the restroom” ha! Ha! all the way through door I’m exiting toward parking area with my son. I came back in and ask her if I can speak to the manager. She said he/ she left already. I do not appreciate that cashier attitude last night. She have bad customer service. She’s probably having a bad day. She’s lucky I just came from my yoga event from Austin that I keep my cool. I will never step my foot in this store ever again.

12 October 2022 @07:45I stopped at this particular gas station named:STRIPES.I only wanted something to drink out of the soda machine fountains and this is what I saw.I poured the ice out of the Big Gulp cup.Put the Big Gulp cup in the trash can and walked out.
