I had the most amazing experience all because of Nathan! He was so wonderful. I get a lot of anxiety going into stores and there was a lot of weird things thrown his way but he always knew what to do and how to explain and fix the situation. I’m so grateful for his kindness!

I switched to t-mobile due to their proximity to my business after being with AT&T for over 20 years and then Consumer Cellular. Every time I go in the store I get treated like some idiot that doesn’t understand the complexity of the cellular network and products they offer. I have owned and operated every type of cellular device since the bag phone. I still have my original cell number. I even showed the guy on your website what I wanted and got this look of confusion. He said that must be online, we don’t have that. When asked if he could get it for me, he looked bewildered at the prospect. A SIM card for a tablet. Guess it’s just too complicated. I bought an adaptor online and will have to go back to show him how they work.

Tristan was so helpful and personable! Great customer service. he made getting my new phone and phone plan super easy and explained how all of it worked and how my payments will work in the future. great experience with them !!

The T-Mobile store on Wonder World in San Marco's is the WORST. The store's manager on June 25, 23 told me my phone was water damaged, so no trade-in value (I assume to get the sale as high a value as possible.). Took my business and my phone to the Kyle store off Kyle Parkway and got trade-in value for my phone AND pleasant service. Go to the Kyle store!!!!

Went in to get my phone checked and was told that a factory reset was their last option. I asked not once but three times if I was going to lose my stuff and was assured each time by Keilah that it was backed up and would be restored. Well whenever we went to restore my things everything restored but my photos. Not one person can retrieve them so they are lost forever. I have talked to everyone that I have been instructed to talk to and they all said the same thing. The backup was not done correctly. Run don't walk as fast as you can from T mobile.

The only reason I gave one star is because there isn't a negative category. If the place shut down it would likely increase the value of the overall property. This is exclusively due to the fact that there are people who work there that don't work there. I can't believe the audacity that TMobile has to allow such low level (ground level) employees to handle money or attempt to explain a rate structure. I didn't know that they hire people without interviewing them or seeing them. I can only deduce this from the grotesque scene of ineffective bodily functions and basic verbal skills I witnessed the moment I walked in which of course is valuable time I couldn't get back if they paid me to walk in twice. I'm not mad either. Just very disappointed that profound ignorance seems to be a job requirement for representing TMobile. Dear TMobile, shut this location down and increase your sales ratio..... Like a lot.

when in person to re-activate 3 phone lines and their manager told the worker she was not able to do this from this facility, because they are only able to activate new lines from here. They sent me to another t-mobile store in kyle, tx and this store was able to activate me again with no issues. They also notify me that the wonder world store in san marcos tx, was also able to do it, but for some reason keep sending customers out to their store because it wasn't new activations.

I went to make a payment. And found the customer service reps wearing their pants below their a#$. Was this a FAD in the early 2000's? Either way I found it very unprofessional!!!

Never greeted when I walked in and was ignored til someone came out the back. Got a "quote" for a new phone and the second I said I wasn't interested in a "free" watch or protection plan, I saw the change in attitude. Just gonna stick with the Hopkins location or best but from now on. After my interaction today, I just went to Beat Buy and even ended up spending more money but at least I was treated better

Location doesn't provide all information to charge more, when asked a question they give half-effort responses. Had to call customer service, where they lied and stated they read me all information...when no one read anything to me. Call and spoke to customer service who politely fixed my issue.

No one greeted us. The guy spent the entire time flirting with a female customer and ignoring us. Marliana also mostly ignored us, helped the two people in before us, then was blatantly rude and snotty during our entire interaction. Wasted 30 mins and was just told I would have to pay up front, over $600 for a phone and given no other options. Worst t mobile experience and definitely not coming back.

I want to take one star away... Simply because Christian called me old.... ? Lol. But I'm not going to do that, because they deserve all 4.9 stars ?Other than that, the guys were GREAT. They helped me switch over to my husband's plan from another carrier, keep my number AND order a new phone. We had some great conversations and laughed a lot, while getting everything done that we needed to. And my situation was no walk in the park, let me tell you, but these guys were sooo patient and made me feel valued, before I even became an official customer. I didn't catch the gentleman's name from Cuba but.... Go for the big engagement with the fancy ring, dude ? and Christian, good luck on the move but seriously.. stop telling women they're old ? To whoever their manager is... These guys are great ? top knotch. Amazing experience, much better than any other cell phone carrier shop I've been to (*cough* I'm looking at you, AT&T *cough*)
