dont go here save your money and go to an actual dealership!i work at a car insurance and we have lots of people complaining and having the worse expriance ever. i have a car from there as well and it was just the worse option i could do for myself! the car came with scratches dents and issues itself i didnt realize it until my machanice boyfriend saw all this damages!

Had the best car buying experience with David, I was able to call and get information on several vehicles, start the application process while at home and then go in and select my vehicle with no pressure. "How well Texas Auto Center takes care of you."We are soon to have our second vehicle paid off with this company and it will be our last. We have never been late with a payment on either vehicle however we have observed things about the way the company treats its customers. After having our second Kia brought into the San Marcos dealership for power related issues we were told it had to be taken to Austin for further diagnostics and repair. We got the vehicle back three weeks later... at that point we were just thankful to have transportation again. We did however observe that while at their repair location in Austin the vehicle was vandalized.-Items stolen from the interior. Which we will admit is our fault, they do say they aren't responsible for anything left inside. -The front license plate stolen -The interior speakers blown out, they raddle and buzz now which they never did before so it sounds like someone had themselves a little joy ride or party with our car at some point.This is not how you treat people who have made all their payments on two vehicles. You hire inept criminals to do your repairs its no wonder you have a horrible rating on this and other websites.This company is Sorry.--Update: Not two months later the same issue is happening again. We brought the vehicle back in at our own expense a day ago, It was tested for a day and were promptly told by Danny in the finance department that we would be responsible for paying the $166 for a new battery and furthermore that he was doing us a favor, that we are lucky... Danny had nothing to say in regards to us having previously brought it in, paid to have it fixed, being told that no problem could be located and it was given back to us. And then gave what he thought was an analogy about buying groceries from HEB and how its not okay to take the groceries without paying for them.Your ridiculous comment would leave me to believe you don't really understand what an analogy is. Frankly if you brought groceries home from HEB and they were rotten, you wouldn't be saying "well this is clearly my fault, HEB is not to blame here." would you?What is crystal clear by your tone and total lack of customer service skills is that you aren't in the right position at this company. You aren't helping anyone by being an asshole and punching down at people. How would you feel if this was your car? It's okay, I understand you are clearly not equipped to use cognitive empathy so I don't expect an actual answer but maybe it will give you some food for thought.Long story short we are very disappointed with Danny specifically and Texas Auto Center as a whole. Danny, you should be ashamed of yourself but I have no doubt you are not. Anyone who manages this business should have their eye on you and all of your interactions with customers. If it was up to me you would be looking for a new job.BEWARE doing business with this company.

This is a review for the Austin location by the way. San Marcos has been helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the managers and con people run both places. Then there's the finance cons as well. Stay away.
