“Julian and his team were absolutely amazing! I had a bubble on my tire (front drivers side) and didn’t see it till around 6:30 pm; they were open till 8 and I never been more grateful. I got there, told them my situation and they took the tire off, disposed of it (unless you want to keep it) and gave me a used one that was an exact match of my other three! Basically looks brand new, they cleaned it up and balanced it before putting it on. Literally took less than 15 minutes, it was quick, efficient and very cost effective. I highly recommend this place!”

“I went to Goodyear Auto Service after hitting a cinder block on the highway, it messed up my skid plate real bad and I had to come here to get it looked at and taken care of. Mr. Adam was there to help me and he was absolutely wonderful. Great customer service and hospitality. The whole team was kind and relaxed which made the stressful situation so much more comfortable. They went above and beyond to make sure nothing was seriously broken or in need of service. Anything that was going to need fixing they helped me find prices and affordable alternatives.

“Franks in Seguin is the only place I'll take my vehicles, they do excellent work. George, the counterman is very personable and does a great job at communicating the status of the repair, I especially like that he uses text messaging so we don't have to play phone tag to communicate. They stand behind their work, last year I had a brake job done, rotors and brake pads, and after a few months I noticed a noise and an odd feeling when I applied the brakes. George told me to drop the vehicle off and they'd take a look at it. When I picked it up they'd replaced the front brakes, no charges, no questions and no hassles.”
