Disappointing!!! After a very warm welcome, we were then followed around the store constantly, small talk added. It was the most uncomfortable feeling. Also read exchange policy before you buy…they do not give cash back, only in store credit and holiday items to be returned by 2022 even though we are in 2023. Gift cards are very deceiving, in very small print there is an expiration at 6 months…therefor they refused to honor our gift card. As for a “faith based” boutique, we were very disappointed and will no longer shop there. What loss is it to you to honor any gift card…you have already been paid the money. You are stealing!

This place was amazing! Super cute options for all age groups. I came with my daughter and we both found a dress for our occasion coming up! Our helper Jewel was just the best, she even steamed our dresses for us. Love this place!!!

I usually love popping into cute little boutiques and this was definitely a cute one, but sad to say I did not love my experience. I had just finished a day of shopping at the outlets and when I’m in town I always see this boutique and want to stop but by the time I’m done at the outlets it’s closed.So I walk into the store and I will say I was greeted warmly. As I’m shopping though I began to notice not one but two employees were watching me. At first I thought it was all just in my head so I brushed it off and continued shopping. Every time I glanced up there was one of the two girls that would be just steps away from me and staring right at me. Then they would then try to make small conversation about whatever item I had in my hand when they realized I noticed them. After a while of this I decide to put my theory to the test and I walked clear across the store………and with in seconds one of the two girls were right behind me. I have never felt so harassed. I get it as a business you do want to be vigilant and mind-full of potential theft. So an employee should ask legit questions and see if there’s anything they can help a shopper with to help minimize the possibility for theft and to honestly have good customer service, but there is a line. I was asked more times then I could count if I needed help or if I had anything that I wanted them to hold for me behind the counter (I wouldn’t even have items in hand). All while taking notice that they weren’t asking any of the other customers in the store around me the same types of questions or following them the way I was being. I worked and managed retail for many years so I know when I’m being watched and followed. It was very unpleasant and I could not enjoy my time. I felt rushed I didn’t even get a chance to really look at everything. I was just about leave because I was so uncomfortable but I did find a cute little book for a loved one that I don’t think I would have found anywhere else so I purchase it. The owners were on site and I got a few smiles and hellos, so I don’t have anything negative to say about them.

I love coming to this shop. I make a point to stop when In San Marcos. They have the cutest stuff. What I don't like is sales techniques they are trained to do. No, I don't want to come out of the dressing room until I am done, I can see just fine in the dressing room. No matter how many times you ask, if I am just looking, just let me look. And please please please don't bring me 3 extra things to try on. If I wanted to try them on, I would have, it has the opposite effect every time you do it, I buy less.

Would love to spend time shopping and enjoying my experience but unfortunately the staff feels it necessary to constantly follow you and ask about everything you’ve looked at or touched. Even though they are nice about it, it doesn’t lend itself to a nice experience.

Lied too and very unhappy being misled about the return policy. I walked up to counter and asked the return policy. Cashier stated 14 days for returns. Nothing else. I said okay and proceeded with purchasing a gift which I said was a gift as for the reason I was not trying it on. After transaction is made cashier says here initial on the bottom of the receipt that I acknowledge and understand the 14 days return policy. So I did. I went back today to return and told oh we only do store credit not refund. You initialed the receipt. YES I DID INITIAL IT. Because you said before I even pulled out my card that it has a 14 day return policy. How about adding at the end of that statement FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. I LEFT THERE VERY MAD AND WILL NOT BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN AND HAVE CREDIT TO A STORE I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT MISLEADS THE CUSTOMER. TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST WITH ALL OF THE DETAILS TO MAKE INFORMED DECISIONS ABOUT THE PURCHASE before ringing them up only to initial and be stuck with credit. Do not trust the salesperson apparently read the fine print and ask questions before you spend your hard earned dollars here. It’s 2022, who doesn’t offer refunds ESPECIALLY WHEN THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES ARE NOT BEING HONEST TO CUSTOMERS. Bad Business Practice

This is the best boutique I've ever been to. The costumer service is BEYOND!!! I came in in search of a dress for a wedding. One of the girls (forgot name :( ) found me, asked me if I need assistance, and carried every style of dress to a dressing room for me. Picked some she thought were cute. Even sized a dressed down for me as I realized when looking in the large mirror it was too big. I ended up purchasing that one, too. Thanks to her!! I found so many great things. Then after purchasing my dressed and cover up I remembered I needed jewelry. She chose 2 pieces for me that both worked together. I still love them. Then keep your items at the front as you go through the store. Bag them up for you then walk around the front desk to hand you your items after purchasing. So nice!!!! Really Can't wait to stop in again when I visit the area. Thank you guys!!!

I came to Two P's & Calli's on a mission of finding Bridesmaid's gifts back in March of this year. My mom and I had anticipated needing to go to several boutiques to find what we were after but we were pleasantly surprised this was a one stop shop! Not only were the ladies in here incredibly helpful, they also stepped in to provide some insight on items that would help bring our vision to life! My partner and I were married over this past weekend and to this day, I still think about how special they helped make our experience while in the store. We weren't just a customer here. They truly made us feel like they were invested in ensuring we had everything we needed.They deserved this review months ago and we highly recommend stopping in if you're ever looking for unique local gifts and A++ service.

I came in on Sunday for a dress to wear to a wedding the next day. I was immediately greeted by Kennedy. I let her know what I needed and she immediately went to work to find me the perfect dress. I gave her a basic idea of what I was looking for and she knocked it out of the park... even going so far as to pull things from the back that hadn't hit the storefront yet. I left thrilled with my choice and thrilled with the service I received while I was visiting this shop. I will definitely be returning.
