I had a Great experience at the San Marcos Ulta, thanks to Sarah M. I am quite the connoisseur of cologne and Sarah M. knew EXACTLY what I was looking for in the Yves Saint Laurent collection !! I gave her just a little information and she led me to EXACTLY what I was looking for!! I’ll ask for Sarah M. on my next visit !!! Thank you Sarah, you are the BEST !!!

I wasn't 100% sure what exactly I wanted to do with my hair but my appointment today with Savanna C. was overall the best! I couldn't thank her enough for listening and helping me decide. She had a lot of knowledge and so friendly. 1000% going back to her from now on.

I had the absolute best experience here yesterday:
Alejandra asked me if I needed help, her makeup AND skin looked GOOD!!!! so I asked her what she used because I noticed that my skin was dry and patchy despite having a decent skin care routine.
I got the toner and serum she recommended and stuck to the steps she recommended and I am so happy with the outcome.
I did my makeup this morning and had a whole entire day out in the Texas heat, and when I got home I noticed that my skin looked flawless.
I told my husband to touch my cheek (which was the driest part of my face before) and he was even more impressed with how soft it felt this late in the day!!!!!
Overall, my experience here was great yesterday; but I truly appreciated Alejandra hearing me out and recommending products she knew would actually be worth trying! Can’t wait to come back!!!

I love Ulta so much yet the experience i faced with the manager there named Blanca was absolutely horrible. I asked if there was any product in stock and she just stared at me with a look of disgust.I continued to stand there in utter disbelief as I had just spent a pretty penny in the store prior to this ($200+) and im shocked. After our awkward stareoff she simply replied “no”. Regardless, i will not be shopping at this ulta in san marcos again yet the bigger picture is a wonderful woman named cherry helped me out tremendously and deserves many applauses for her outstanding customer service skills and her kindess.

I love this location! The workers are always excited to help me find something and have given me TONS of good recommendations. My most recent experience with Rae was the best! They went above and beyond in answering all my skin and hair questions. They referred me to products in my price point, told me the next steps in case what I left with that day didn’t work out, and did it all while educating me on the differences between all the products and what they do.
