The reason why I am deciding to give this location this score, is because I have had a terrible experience twice now. First off, the order I placed was written incorrectly on an Ulta bag without a barcode or name, and I had to search for a receipt order#, when I usually just give my ID & I’m set. It seemed like pure laziness by whomever picked my order. I made an order online for pick up, and it showed that half of my order was available. I asked the cashier/manager, why would that be? Since it did show this product to be in stock at this location. That was the sole purpose why I decided to choose pick up at this specific location. I don’t even live near this location. She then explained to me that, maybe the other item is actually out of stock or it was found damaged. Okay, understood. I then asked if they have received more shipments since I ordered it? I ordered the product on Sunday, and now today is Thursday. She then responded with, no they haven’t received anything since. So, I decided to go LOOK for myself, and the product WAS ON THE SHELF. I then brought it to the cashier and said, it is in stock and it’s right here. She then told me, that the “unavailable product” was processed to be refunded and I would have to repurchase the item that was initially suppose to be in my order to begin with! I felt lied to and I hated that I had to waste my time looking for something that should’ve been done by an Ulta employee. It was overall just an awful experience. I’ve started shopping elsewhere for my items. The employees at Ulta have changed behaviors over the years, the customer service is nonexistent. I’ve seen women texting while ringing me up on the register, having full blown GOSSIP conversations to each other about coworkers in front of customers, some have attitude issues with doing what they are hired to do - which is to help customers. I just no longer enjoy shopping at Ulta, as much as I use to. I’ve slowly started to branch out to other companies for my products.

I came here recently and I purchased 3 perfumes and although I can always find everything I'm looking for here I feel the prices of the perfumes were rather expensive. Nevertheless I'm very happy with my purchases. The cashier was very friendly. Great service

The store had a large selection of merchandise neatly displayed. I was looking for a gift and was assisted in finding one. The line was long but went very fast. The cashier was cheerful and very pleasant, considering how busy it was. Good job.

Hate this place, horrible customer service. Placed an order online for pickup for my disabled family member, then when I got back home with the stuff, she told me I had received the wrong items. When I went back to the store to go return the items that Ulta messed up, they said I could not receive a refund without creating an account. They will do anything to try to get your information, such a scam. Not to mention nobody knew how to process an online pickup order refund so they had to go find Michelle. The manager was so extremely rude and acting like I was inconveniencing her. This is why I never shop at this place. Lastly, they could not refund the money to the original payment method, so I had to use another card and then cash app my family member the money back.

I had an appointment that was scheduled ahead of time and received a call about and hour and 30 minutes before that appointment. The stylist stated someone booked highlights at the last minute and that my appointment would be rushed if I came at that time. That was just very unprofessional and a bit rude so I ended up canceling. I understand things happen but you all may need to do training on the appropriate things to say when dealing with a situation like this. It was almost as if it was my fault and that I was inconveniencing her.

Went to get my hair cut not really sure what I wanted to do but had a few pictures of what I have seen and liked. Jill was my stylist and she did AWESOME, love my new cut. I will definitely be back, I just hope she stays there.

I’ve visited this location many times simply because it’s close to where I live. My experiences each time I visit are very different each time- 25% of the time I’d say the shopping is positive. The other 75% would be categorized as “OK”. I wish there was more consistency with the employees attitude/helpfulness. MOST of the time, not always, the employees aren’t attentive to their shoppers. Of course there are some I’ve encountered there that are extremely nice and helpful, so kudos for them.
