The staff is nice and always greet me when I go to the store. I live in a dorm near the Bobcat store. It's super convenient for me in case I need anything. I like to visit and look at all the different styles they have. They have some really cute stuff.

The few times I have gone to pick up books or purchase a book. I have was treated with kindness. Some of the questions I asked may have stumped new or inexperienced employees, but they were able to seek help quickly. I greatly appreciate our bookstore.

I know everyone’s trying their best, but I have ordered my books a fat minute ago and I still have not been able to receive them. I need my books for my classes asap and it’s kind of hard to do so when my books are not ready to be picked up... PLUS they don’t answer the phone EVER. Okay
