Chance specifically is the best employee this store has. Chance is kind, quick, and answers all of your questions. I've been twice now and each time the store has been efficient and wonderful.

ALL stars go to the manager Sarah and her only. She truly made an extremely unpleasant situation 100% times better as well as having a positive attitude. Would recommend her again and again.

I went in today to get help with my phone plan I waited 45 min to get someone to help me and the the employee who was assign to me Kevin came to my table told me to call customer service and took off to lunch without telling me anything and the both assistant manager and manager proceeded to ignore me and be rude to me basically running off the store nobody wanted to help terrible customer service I guess unless you are there to make a sale you are not a priority to them

Both Calvin and Daniel went above and beyond to solve our problems. They were determined, proactive and helpful.
Actually, I couldn’t remember this level of service for ages.
Can’t recommend this place more.

I had an amazing experience at the Verizon store in San Marcos, especially thanks to Sarah, the store manager. She went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. Sarah was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to make sure I was taken care of. I truly appreciate all of her help. Highly recommend this location—Sarah and the team here are fantastic! I will never go to any other location!

Best Verizon location I’ve been to. Always on point. Quick service knowledgeable. Anytime I have any problems they jump right on it and have always got it fixed quickly. Seem to always learn something new when I go here as well

This is not a reflection of the staff, but a comment on a policy. I called to ask if a certain product was available and was told that Verizon employees are not allowed to discuss inventory and that I had to come into the store. Really, make me drive to the store and hope you have the inventory I'm looking for. Not a wise policy when Best Buy is 500 feet away.

I went to Verizon in San Marcos Texas because I was having some issues with my cell phone. They helped me very quickly and explained more about my phone so it was a good learning experience.

Syed, Jasani and Sarah were absolutely wonderful. They helped me with moving my phone from a different provider onto our business account, trading in my phone and allowing us to see other options and deals we can receive if we continue to add lines to our business account. These guys were problem solving wizzes! One of the "specialist" in a call center made a mistake and they worked patiently and effectively to help us get to the bottom of the issue and got me taken care of. These guys are a great team and very knowledgeable, especially Sarah. I watched Sarah help me, while on the phone with their support team, and answering questions for Jasani and to them overhear a point in another conversation across the table as a reminder for her to hand something over that she had. I was thoroughly impressed with her multitasking skill that obviously stems from her years of experience. I'm so glad these people were working the day I came in.

Worst verizon store I have ever dealt with. Waited over hour to to have them help 3 other custmers that came in after me. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone!
