Just read the awful reviews. Buyer BEWARE!! These crooks lie and are very dishonest and unethical...Verizon Corporate should shut this place down and after my 2 hour call with corporate to fix all the intentional mistakes made by the liar (Verizon specialist) they are looking into it. Best of luck if you walk through these doors!!!!!!

Was told both times I went in 2023 that I HAD to keep disney+ on my plan (10.99) and they couldn't cancel it even after updating my plan to a newer one they forced it on me. Today I just found out while dealing with horrible connection in the area issue with customer support that I could have had it canceled whole time...Slimy like a dealership. beware and dont get scammed.

Nick made my experience at Verizon a breeze. Even when I was having technical difficulties with my account he tried to solve my problem by offering multiple solutions. He is professional and great at customer service.

I signed up for their 2022 Black Friday deal. I went in store and had the sells rep fill me in on this deal. As a new customer we reviewed and discussed the deal, I was interested in moving forward. After completion of signup and receiving our first bill. We noticed our bill was not reflecting the total price that was promised.I have called online and I have gone in store. Both keep telling me that it is under review and will be fixed to the correct amount. Moving forward and my bill has not changed. I have tried contacting again and it’s almost like they have no idea about the deal that happened before the end of 2022. Im also being told that no one can fix this online or in store.I will attempt to come into the store again and get this disputed. But this experience has been awful and I hope this can get resolved soon.

We went in there today and the representative they assigned to us was kind of rude. He promised to e mail us the quotes but never did. I call the 800 main line and she could not get in touch with the store neither.

Updated Review 4/19/23:The district manager called and we were able to come to a reasonable settlement. Verizon is once again, my favorite cell phone provider.Previous Review:Verizon promised us $1,000 (two $500 gift cards) under the May 2022 ‘Bring Your Own Phone’ plan but they expired because the San Marcus store didn’t tell me I had to submit a rebate form online. They said it would take at least three billing cycles to get my cards in the mail. I waited patiently for four months, then contacted them. They said my gift cards had expired. I have spent about 8 hours on the phone to 5 different techs with no help. Every rep I have talked to over the last year has tried to help but none were able to get through the Verizon bureaucracy to resolve my issue. Mario, the store manager in San Marcos tried to help as well, but with no success. The whole reason I switched to Verizon was for that $1,000 promo. I am normally a very positive person. I write a lot of reviews but have never written a bad one. This is my first.

We have been customer with Verizon for 16 yrs. We wanted to upgrade our old phone but people at the store are very rude and liars. When we decided to leave the store because these guys are trying to make money on us. They told us ; you can’t buy phone outside of Verizon store because your phone won’t work with Verizon. They told lies about the coverages. They just want to fool you. Go to the BestBuy next door, those guys helped out. What a shame!

Was told several different prices between online, the online chat, and the store. The store being the most expensive quote and the add for the free s23 plus was not true either. Who knows what our actual bill would have been had we signed up. Att was the better option and far cheaper so we went with them. Company is deceitful with pricing beware.

I signed up in store and joined a family plan with my friends and was told I’d receive a $500 rebate for coming from T-Mobile and bringing my paid off phone with me. I was told that I should see it within 90 days from the sign up date. I never received anything after less than 60 days and I got nervous so I went in store to ask about it. I was informed I only qualify for the $350 rebate, which is fine, but that it was never put into my account. The employee sent in an escalation ticket to the rebate center and I was told to wait 7-10 business days to see something in my email. After more than 7-10 business days I haven’t received anything, so I called the customer support line and was sent in circles with “Please bear with me” for over an hour. I went in store after wasting my time on the phone. I was told the rebate center said there is nothing they could do because it is expired from the promotion so it can’t be done and I should’ve applied for it when I had the chance. I was never told to apply. I was never given a code, which you need to apply lmfao. The customer service lady, the 5th person I’ve talked to about this, told me to go to the store to get it remedied, which I’ve done twice now. This is the biggest scam I have ever been apart of and if I could cancel my service without having to pay another activation fee somewhere else I would. Useless company

All you will do is waste your time here. I was told by representative over the phone at their main Verizon headquarters that I can return a product here and then they tell me in the store they can't. I live locally in San Marcos but I will drive to a different city to go to Verizon

I am not from the San Marcos area. I walked in and immediately Eduardo was there to help. I was expecting what I needed (a new plan with 2 phones + a tablet) to take several hours, however he had me in and out in just a few! He was very explanatory and I didn't leave with any questions. I did have to go back, but that was my own fault for not backing up my phone for the last 3 years. Even when I went back he solved my issue in less than 5 minutes.
