“I needed to get CVI forms for my dogs to travel out of state. Even though I'm not a regular customer, the staff at Tickle-Blagg Animal Hospital were SO nice and thorough. I'm seriously thinking about switching Veterinarians when I get back from my trip.”

“I highly recommend Springtown Vet! I had never been here before and brought my most skittish cat for an exam and vaccines. I have multiple rescue cats and this one has been the most standoffish even after years of having her. I had been dreading this appointment and I was worried about how my cat would respond to being brought to a vet. I wasn't even sure if the staff would be able to do their job because of how skittish she normally is. My cat was pretty anxious in their office but the staff was incredibly patient and compassionate. They were able to complete the exam and give her vaccines. Everyone was very understanding and worked with her to help her eventually calm down. They had a few tricks like offering kitty treats and a cat wrap which worked well. I was so relieved at how great it went. I can tell all the staff enjoy their work and strive for excellent customer service. The vet had a wonderful bedside manner. Thank you to the vet and staff for such a positive experience.”

“I'm not a client, but they were so helpful with helping texts when my 11.5 year old Retriever- Shepherd started bleeding profusely from her throat. Isn't this kindness for animal and human ? Doing this for a stranger meant a lot. If I could I would give them 20 stars. If looking for a Veterinary Clinic, try them, for truly they love animals. And extend kindness and peace of mind to humans !”

“I cannot thank Dr. Dan Nowland and the lovely techs and receptionists enough. They have turned my sweet kitty around. He is 18 years old and they have treated him with care and love ever since I brought him to them over a year ago in his worst state. Dr. Nowland always makes every effort to notify me about every possible treatment and he seems to truly wish to make Kovee's life the best it can be. They have kept him with me and still purring up a storm, even as a grumpy old kitty. Photo in the comments for reference!”

“I lost my cat today, and the people at ACC were so kind and thoughtful. They made everything easier, and I'm so grateful for them. They gave me a lock of her fur in a little bottle to take home and it means the world to me that they did that. Thank you.”

“Forever grateful to this clinic!!! After calling several other places that said they couldn't see my cat with his urinary emergency, the receptionist and or assistant talked to the Dr who said to go ahead and bring him in. Even though they were fully booked they immediately took him in the back to make sure there wasn't a blockage. Both the assistant and the Dr kept me informed of how my cat was doing and what was going on. Everyone was super nice and spoke in very relatable terms. Thank y'all so much so bending over backwards to make sure my baby boy was ok and putting my mind and heart at ease.”

“Service was easy. Took my boy Eros in to get neutered and chipped. They handled him well and he's home safe now. They were good about sending pre-op and post-op instructions before the procedure and sent me home with good tips and paperwork for everything. It's a nice area with seating outside and the waiting room was nice and clean. The staff was down to earth and super friendly. Thanks PALS!”

“The staff was amazing with Noelle. She’s a big German Shepherd, and every person who worked with her was calm, kind, and completely unafraid of her size. They talked to her, loved on her, and made her feel comfortable throughout the visit. What stood out to me was how much they genuinely seemed to care. It never felt like they were just moving through another appointment. They treated Noelle like she mattered. The veterinarian was extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful about our situation. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answer my questions without making me feel rushed. I left feeling like Noelle received excellent care from people who truly love animals.”
